Telecommuting

I know some of you believe that I’m not dealing in reality lately and I’m going to agree with you- just for today.  The reason is, yes, I’m living a double life.  My real life is exactly what it is- a guy searching for jobs in all the wrong places apparently.  So, I wanted to change things up a little and guess what I found?  A second life!

I also started another blog about it today (SecondLife.today.com ), so you can stop on by and visit me there from time to time.  You could also visit me in-world (Vlad Avedon).  If you have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about, visit SecondLife.com.

Now to answer an obvious question- why would I be writing about virtual reality jobs on my telecommuting blog?  The reason is simple- you can actually earn money in the SecondLife virtual world- and you can do it from the comfort of your own home.  The kinds of jobs you’ll be likely to find include:

• Bouncer
• Clothes Designer
• Skin Designer
• Virtual Playmate
• DJ
• Landlord
• Land Baron
• Photographer
• Furniture Designer

You’re pretty much only limited by your own imagination by what you can do, sell or be in the SL virtual reality world; you also set your own prices.  So I invite you to spend a little time there this weekend, just exploring.  It may seem a little strange at first, but if you give it a little time I think you’ll find it to be fun, and financially rewarding!
